Refund and Returns Policy

At SMMALOS, we strive for excellence. Due to the digital nature of our services, the following policy applies:

  • Refund Eligibility: A refund to your wallet or original payment method is only issued if the service has not been initiated within 72 hours of the order time.
  • In-Progress/Completed Orders: Once an order is marked as "In Progress" or "Completed," no refunds will be granted.
  • User Errors: We are not responsible for orders that fail due to the account being set to "Private" or if an incorrect link was provided.
  • Refill Policy: If a drop occurs after service delivery, we offer a "Refill" based on the specific service description instead of a cash refund.
